E-Participation:


The Capital Governorate seeks to provide distinguished services to citizens and residents, in addition to providing sustainable projects and programmers, and believes that communicating with the public through E-participation; It contributes significantly to increasing interaction with the public.
From this point of view, "e-participation" allows all citizens and residents of the Capital Governorate to submit their development proposals, or inquiries in the field of service, social or security requests, using Capital Governorate website, “My Capital” Mobile app, the governorate's official social media channels, and the National Suggestions and Complaints System “TAWASUL”.  In addition, people can submit inquires at the virtual meetings “weekly councils”.

The Capital Governorate encourages all stakeholders to present their views through the Governorate official electronic channels, whether through direct communication through these channels or through participation in surveys and questionnaires. The Governorate is committed to ensuring the greatest highest transparency in interacting with those views and suggestions and analyzing them for use in the decision-making process.
