In coordination and cooperation with government agencies, the governorate receives service, social and security requests, which are as follows:
1- Follow up the requests for obtaining a housing unit with the relevant authority.
2- Follow up the applications for obtaining the of Bahraini citizenship with the concerned authority.
3- Follow up on the requests of dilapidated houses in coordination with the concerned authority.
4- Follow up requests for infrastructure development in coordination with the concerned authorities.
5- Follow up on employment applications in coordination with the concerned authority.

What are the official working hours for the Capital Governorate?
From Sunday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 2 pm, except for weekends and public holidays.

What are the communication channels of the Capital Governorate?
Citizens can submit their suggestions, requests or complaints through the National System for Suggestions and Complaints “Tawasul”, "My Capital" Mobile application", the Governorate’s website, the Governorate’s official accounts on social media channels, and through the complaints and inquiries office in the Capital Governorate building .
